Laurel is an independent curator and the founder of Truffs Contemporary Art Foundation, an organization supporting emerging artists through grants, exhibitions, and public programming. She is based in Los Angeles.

Laurel’s curatorial practice focuses on new voices in contemporary art, and she is passionate about promoting the development of early-career artists. Laurel’s relationship-driven approach promotes close engagement with artists and collectors.

Prior to establishing her curatorial practice, Laurel practiced as an attorney. This background drives her meticulous, commercially-aware approach to curation and artist development.
